Get your drumMUSTER Paperwork up to date and Receive Payment
By the end of the 2021/22 financial year we ask that all councils, collection agencies and community groups enter or send their drumMUSTER data to be able to claim for reimbursement. If you or your organisation do not claim for reimbursement before the end of the 2021/22 financial year, you will not be able to claim for inspection costs prior to January 2019 and for processing costs prior to January 2019.

Collect all the Container Cleanliness Declaration forms
Collate this onto a Collection Feedback Form (click access the excel document) in months or certain time periods.

To know how many drums you can claim for reimbursement you can click the Collection Statistics button in the database. Remember to change the date range if you are claiming beyond a year.
Calculate the number of drums, fill in the correct reimbursement form (Excel) for:
If claiming reimbursement for processing, add the number of drums that were processed (this number does not have to match the amount claimed for inspections costs) and claim the amount on the processor’s invoice
